Friday 6 of April, the S.R.P Armed Forces won a decisive battle on Newland after defeating the Western Iranian Militias and the Mediterranean Pirates, where the young and brave soldiers of the 1st Division of the Army and the Admiral of the Navy fought not only without fire guns but with Honor, Value, Pride and Strength.
The conflict began when the militiamen captured the President of the Republic, Olegari B. Oliver. They hided on the forest of Milltown, waiting the Republic to surrender. But the divisions that were there at the time were quickly mobilized and, after a great combat and with help of Minister Lleonard O. Burwitz, that had infiltrated in the Militia, captured the rest of the Iranian enemies. The Pirates, that wanted to conquer Newland after the Militia had defeated the Armed Forces, retired before fighting with the Republic. The President was liberated, and the militiamen that were there captured. There were no casualties.
Miquel the Great, leader of the Western Iranian Militias, surrendered, and he and his soldiers joined the Socialist republic. However, other militiamen are still active and sure that will fight in the future against the Socialist Republic of Perejil. But at the moment, the Mediterranean State dominates the war, and pretends to have real fire guns in the future (in the battle, the two sides fought with anything they had). The Defence Minister himself congratulated the soldiers, all them female, that participated in a battle that will be remembered along the time. That day, the Republic saved from the tyranny of the Pirates and Iran.
